Windows 10: Exception EOleSysError in module EnRoute.exe at 000C1CA1. Error accessing the Ole Registry.

Can't open up En Route which is a type of manufacturing package similar to CAD. Tried all the things online nothing works: Command prompts, default programs etc.

Haven't tried uninstalling as i don't want to lose all the settings etc.

Any ideas?

how do i get rid of OLE Initialzation failed make sure that OLE libraries are the current version
