  1. Exclude OU using LDAPFilter in PowerShell

Is there just no way to get this done without piping to Where-Object ? Unless I'm misunderstanding something, apparently this can be done, but not using AD. I'm just not sure what dictates what.Given this scenario: Filter for users that aren't in OU "Sales"Can this not be done using a simple LDAPFilter?Unfortunately, just seems like everyone's go-to is "it can't be done". This is what prompted me to ask the question. I can't help but feel like there is a way to search through the DN attributes for that OU, then exclude it with a !.

    :)

PowerShell instead of Commandline in Creators Update

Interestingly enough my personal laptop just got the update...and still has Command Prompt listed, not PowerShell...

Edit: Not that it matters...I use both regularly. *Toast :toast:

  3. How Can I Exclude Windows Printer Driver Updates?

    Hi Shawn,

We appreciate the workaround you've provided in this thread to help more people who has the same issue. As another suggestion, we advise that you do these steps to exclude driver update during Windows 10 updates. Here are the steps:

    • Open Settings.
    • Click Update and security.
    • Go to Windows Update.
    • Select Advanced options link.
    • Clear the Include driver updates when I update Windows option to complete the task.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Exclude subfolder

    Hi,

To isolate your concern, we would like to ask the following:

    • What do you mean by excluding sub-folder from the music collection?
    • What exactly are you trying to accomplish by excluding the sub-folder?

We look forward to your response.
