Windows 10: Exclude specific keyboard layourt from shortcut

I now have three languages available to me. I switch between them with Shift+alt hotkey combination. But this does not fit for me. I want to keep the all three keyboard layouts that available to me, but I only want to use hotkeys to switch between two of them and manually select the third one language by picking it with a mouse click on language panel. Is it possible to do that? Thanks!

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
