Windows 10: exclusion list of registry items

Discus and support exclusion list of registry items in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I was running the ccleaner registry cleaner, and there was a file that would just not be eliminated.     I was running the ccleaner registry cleaner, and there was a file that would just not be eliminated. I tried and tried multiple scans and it would not disappear. I highlighted it and saw an option that said "add to exclusion list" . now it doesn't appear in the scan, but is it really still there and I did not get rid of it? should I worry if it is lurking there and is doing damage ?

    Oblivion item list/spell list

    In this .zip are the oblivion item list and spell list. The spell list is rather complete, unlike some you may find. These are not my work, just a bit of copy/paste work.

    If you see more than one spell or item in the list, it's a leveled spell or item. As they go down in the list they get stronger.

    Windows Defender - The list of exclusions does not appear

    Yes, the exclusions are correctly found in the registry paths, but they are not displayed in the Windows Defender GUI.

    Hi! I cant remove my windows defender exclusion list.. If I clicked remove button but nothing happens and still remaining it in the exclusion list.. How can I remove it.. My exclusion list has generated automatically by some virus or some unauthorized program..
