I saw another forum where they told to allow all permissions from the security tab and disable the antivirus. I did so but still its not Opening. One thing I noticed is that the file automatically disappears when I open it and it is nowhere to be found. Not even in the Recycle Bin.

I am not specifying the file name for some reason.
