Windows 10: Exe gets broken options when I start programs

HelloI got bad options when I start some programexe iZotope Ozone Elements v11.2.0, LPHKWhen I starts Ozone, it has Application Error below:```INIT: bad option "-1íñ320": must be -family, -size, -weight, -slant, -underline, or -overstrike bad option "-1íñ320": must be -family, -size, -weight, -slant, -underline, or -overstrike system default for "-font" in widget ".menubar" invoked from within "menu .menubar"```also, when I start LPHK with command line, error produced like below...```Traceback most recent call last: File "LPHK.py", line 142, in <module> main

Thanks for the suggestion but still didn't work. I tried to restart after it problem still there.

Any other suggestions that I haven't done or some same steps that I forgot something.

 

Broken shortcut on Start Menu program list

I found a broken shortcut on my account's Start Menu program list, located all the way on the bottom.

Right-clicking and uninstalling doesn't do anything. I tried some of the solutions found online and most of them don't work. Is there any way for me to fix this mild annoyance?

Since different troubleshooting steps have been completed and the same issue is still occurring when using Cortana search, we suggest that you clear the device history and cache used in Cortana search. This will remove any history and cached data that may
be the cause of the concern. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Select the Cortana icon (Windows Key+S) on the taskbar.
• Select the Settings (gear) icon.
• On the list of option scroll down until you see the Clear my device history button under
