Executables supposedly from Microsoft don't have code signature - why?

I am on Windows 10. While exploring the running processes on my machine with process explorer from sysinternals, I discovered that some binaries supposedly from Microsoft are not code signed.virustotal doesn't detect anything off with these binaries. But as it stands, I can't be sure that they have not been inserted by a malicious actor. Is there a way to ensure that the files are indeed legit? If they are, why does Microsoft install some binaries that are not code signed when most of their other binaries are!? Below is a screen capture you may have to zoom in: Here is the output for sigche

    8-puzzle code executes infinitely.

Bingo, you go from linear time to constant time. Huge performance benefits for large data sets.
Ahh, right. The object class should be smart enough to use all of the object attributes, but you may want to override it since it could most likely be executed faster. That makes sense, I missed that one. I only spent a little while looking through and editing code.
