Windows 10: EXIF GPS Information not shown in File Properties

I have edited the GeoTag for several jpg-files. Some are photos from a smartphone camera, some are downloaded images or screenshot.When opening the files in an image viewer I can clearly see that the EXIF data is correct and I can also show the location for example in OpenStreetMap.However, when right-clicking the file and opening the image properties > details, the GPS section is missing for some pictures. For other pictures, the coordinates are also shown correctly.I can't figure out why the EXIF data is displayed in Windows Explorer in some cases and not in others. It cannot be due to th

N97: No location tag in EXIF?

Nokia tags the GPS information into the standard location parameters of EXIF, there is no conversion necessary. Nokia does not use a proprietary format for geolocation of pictures.



Nokia uses EXIF version 2.2 on the N97.



The following location-related fields are stored:



Altitude

GPS Version

Latitude

Longitude

Map Datum



The location information works with all the programs I use without any conversion.

This is actually some kind of bug/misfeature lumia 950 must save all available EXIF data into DNG with GPS location.

 

W10 1803: File properties details not showing GPS coordinates

I am wondering why my Windows 10 Version 1803 (Build 17134.112) does not show the GPS coordinates (lat,long,alt) in the property window of my photos anymore. (Right click on the file -> Properties -> Details)

But it still shows the map using details in the photos app. As a result, when I am removing all private information (using the windows explorers details tab and there the link to the remove personal information), it does not show almost anything in the
details window, but in the photo app it still shows the GPS coordinates (missing the other deleted EXIF data).

What the heck? Do I have to find a software now for this task or return to Windows 7 or an older version of Windows 10? Or is it a bug?

Last week everything worked like normal, but after a Windows Update no more. I have to confess, that I do not know which Windows version I had before the update or which build. I assume 1703.
