Windows 10: exit S mode does not work. It is easier to leave Hotel California

I have tried to get out of S mode that came with new computer for days now, the "Exit S Mode" instructions do not work . I have gone round in circles clicking on the GET button and it comes up with suggestions that lead back to the first page.It would be easier to leave Hotel California, book out any time you like but you can never leave.I have always bought PCs with Microsoft Windows and DOS since the 1980's and will never buy another, I think Apple has the right idea and they will get my custom and recommendation from now on

Thank you for responding.

I suggest you to try the below steps to exit from the Safe mode on Windows 10.

Steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run command.
• Type msconfig and press
  Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as
  Normal startup, click on Apply
  and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.
