  1. Expanding home network

I purchased a 1200mbps max mini wifi router. It doesn't work. I believe it's because it's not receiving an internet feed. So I thought to attempt to add it to my home network, Any suggestions? I thought I'd plug it to my router and to my laptop, see what happens when I pull up the network.

    :)
