    Expedite the process of changing security info


    Please help me on how to expedite this process. Previously i used my former company email and i dont have access to that email anymore. Thus i change the security info to my current phone number. But i have to wait for 30 days to access my account as stated below:"You can't access this site right nowThis site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 3/13/2022 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.On 2/11/2022 you requested that your security info be replaced."Is there any ways

    Hacked: Change security info

    I followed the steps and thats how I managed to reset the password on him/her, but when I go to account setting to remove their email it says:

    "You can't access this site right now

    This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 1/3/2019 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.

    On 12/4/2018 you requested that your security info be replaced.

    Current security info

    Alternate email: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** "

    That alternate email is also the hackers, so I cannot cancel the security change. When I try, it asks to send an email code to it.

    Thanks a ton btw for the quick reply, I'm worrying my butt off every moment haha.

    I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.

    Can you still manage to login to your Microsoft Account at:
    https://account.microsoft.com/    ?

    If yes, try updating your phone number:

    1. Login to https://account.microsoft.com/security

    2. Click on Update my info under Security contact info.

    3. Click Add security info.

    4. Add your phone number.

    5. Remove the old number that is no longer in use.
