  1. Experiencing 100% CPU Load at Inconsistent Intervals

I have been experiencing stuttering on my PC caused by my CPU maxing out at random intervals usually in the 2-20 minutes range. I originally thought that the cause was related to another problem I have been experiencing: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/experiencing-frequent-system-crashes/4cb0756c-7bef-4680-9373-04afff5f4e99?page=2 but that does not appear to be the case.Following the instructions in this troubleshooting guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/system-management-components/troubleshoot-wmi-high-cpu-issues as far as

'System and compressed memory' on ASUS G75VY notebook load CPU always on 16%

    thank you for your reply!

    here what I did:

    1. disabled non-microsoft services, disabled all applications in startup list

result: after restart "system and compressed memory" still gain 17% CPU

    2. ran PC into safe mode ( just to see what happens )

result: CPU load is 0% for "system and compressed memory"

    3. ran PC in normal mode

result: CPU load is 0% for "system and compressed memory"

as we can see from step 1, the problem probably is not in applications ?

what would you suggest in this case ?

    looking forward for your answer

  4. Experiencing 100% CPU Load at Inconsistent Intervals

    Inconsistent scrolling speeds/intervals

I recently started experiencing problems with scrolling on Windows 10.

I don't know when this started, but when I scroll in a window (for example Chrome), it scrolls smoothly and not to long intervals. However, if a stop scrolling for maybe 10 seconds, and then start scrolling again, the scrolling speed is faster and the intervals
are longer. For every "notch" on the scrolling wheel, the window scrolls down a longer distance than usual. If I click somewhere on the opened window, it goes back to normal, and after stopping again for maybe 10 seconds, the problem appears all over again.
This is very annoying, and I'm wondering if there is a fix or something to this?

Included a video of the problem .

For information, I'm using Windows 10 version 19042.572 on a stationary computer with wired keyboard and mouse with scrolling wheel.
