Windows 10: Experiencing a Variety of App and .Net failures after Recent Windows Greenscreen

Greetings, recently about a week or so ago my Windows 10 desktop experienced a sudden green screen and crashed immediately while I was browsing the web. The system restarted and ran a check disk and showed that there weren't any issues and has since restarted fine, but I've been noticing multiple errors on apps and behavior. Below are a few of the issues:I use Bing wallpaper and when it tries to run I get the following error: "Please set registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\.NetFramework\Installroot to point to the .NET Framework install location". hi,
i am having a very hard time on finding a book on C# .net windows apps programming.
Can anyway help with this? I means how to create desktop windows applications using C# with .net framework.
I know video tutorials, i want to learn through a book.

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.
