  1. Experiencing blue screen crashes on brand new computer can't tell if it's faulty hardware...

I recently bought a new computer called the Skytech Cronos here are the specs:

    CPU:

    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core 3.9 GHz 4.7 GHz Max Boost

    Case:

Skytech Chronos, White Edition w/ Front Mesh

    CPU Cooler:
    Stock Air Cooler

    Fans:
4x Skytech ARGB, Dual Ring Fans

    Motherboard:
    B550

    RAM:
    16GB DDR4 Gaming Memory 3600 MHz

    Graphics:
    Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 8GB

    Primary Hard Drive:
    1TB NVMe SSD

    Power Supply:
650 Watt 80 Plus Gold Certified

    Networking:
    802.11 ac

    Operating System:
    Windows 10 Home, 64-bit

Being prebuilt I expected it to work right when I unboxed it which it did for one whole night and the next day when I tried to play a game on it the system crashed on me and it hasn't been the same since. It crashed and wiped my system so I had to start fresh and now I experience certain things not being able to be downloaded discord and will crash if I try to download other things. I did a crash report so here is that: On Sun 12/27/2020 10:57:29 PM your computer crashed or a problem was reported

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
This was probably caused by the following module: ntdll.sys ntdll+0x221D4
    Bugcheck code: 0xEF 0xFFFFA00E237A2080, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0
    Error: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
Bug check description: This indicates that a critical system process died.
There is a possibility this problem was caused by a virus or other malware.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: ntdll.sys .
    Google query: ntdll.sys CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

I already tried all of the Microsoft guides on how to fix blue screens and I keep seem to figure out how to be able to use the computer again normally.

    Thanks in advance!

    :)

  3. Blue Screens & Computer Crashes

I keep getting Blue Screens that crash my computer. Many different "codes" come up to tell support techs. Many trusted techs tried by remote access to my computer. None succeded(sp?). I came to the Community and found several suggestions and a tech came
on to chat and was authorized to gain remote access. Afterwards, I had no blue screen crashes for a day & just now had another blue screen.

    Can someone help?
