  2. I am experiencing intermittent BSOD, cycling through the same few stop codes. See below.

    Hello oscar celis1.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you meet BSOD issue.

Based on your description, it seems that you have already tried to use a restore point to go back to a previous version of Windows,

    but you're still experiencing issues.

Additionally, the processes causing the blue screen of death (BSOD) in the DUMP files you provided are completely different,

indicating that this could be due to hardware-related reasons.

Could you please perform two tests and provide us with the results?

First, I suggest you go into Safe mode to see if the system itself has a problem. We can use this to isolate the problem as Safe Mode enables a minimal number of additional services or apps to rule out issues caused by personalized settings and third-party apps.

Visit Start your PC in safe mode in Windows (microsoft.com) to view the specific steps. Please follow these in order and report back what you discover.

And then I recommend trying a clean boot which starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can be used to determine whether a background service or program is interfering or causing a problem.

These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step.

Furthermore, since your BSOD codes could potentially be related to memory issues, I suggest trying the following steps:

    1. Place your computer tower horizontally and ensure proper ventilation.
    2. Install only one RAM module and test if you still encounter any BSOD errors.
Please let us know the outcome of these tests.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,

  3. BSOD due to netadaptercx.sys after waking the PC from Sleep

    Hi Prakhar,

The steps you suggested did not solve the problem. I am still experiencing the BSOD when waking the computer from sleep. If you have an other suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Chris

    Experiencing BSOD

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
