Windows 10: Experiencing Error 0xc0000005 3221225477 reason: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Hello!I've been experiencing crashes on two different games, both seem to be relating back to the same error. The crashes just happen suddenly and without any error warning. Status_access_violation

I have an installed software tool in Windows 10 (where it used to be building software packages just fine in Windows 7) where the build is failing due to STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION exception error.

The build function is running a C29K C++ application (exe) in C:\Program Files (x86). System error below:

c29k[main] make 1000 handle_exceptions: Exception: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Could this be an issue with the System PATH variables? I do have full admin privileges to my WIN 10 laptop.
