    Experiencing frequent BSOD while playing games caused by PSHED.dll


    I have randomly started experiencing frequent BSOD's while playing games and have done mostly all the online fixes, i've tested everything all coming back clear and no issues, i've Installed all driver updates that i could find that i needed and done multiple scans to fix files and try to figure out the problem. They don't happen whilst the pc is idle or normal day to day things such as browsing the web and watching videos it happens only whilst playing certain games and can happen anywhere from right as i load into a match or around 5-10 mins into a match. The only fixes i haven't tried is re

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

    To assist you better, please provide few details.


    • Which game are you trying to play?

    • Were you able to play this game before?

    • Have you made any recent changes to the computer?
    This might occur when some of the DLL file is missing from the application.

    I suggest you to Uninstall the game and try installing it again and check if it helps.
