Windows 10: Experiencing high DPC Latency until I open a Latency Checker, Suspecting a Trojan

When using my custom desktop PC Windows 10, I sometimes notice full system stuttering, always associated with high DPC latency. However, whenever I open "dpclat.exe" called "DPC Latency Checker," which I installed trying to determine the cause of the stuttering, it reports a single band of high latency before the DPC latency and stuttering stops almost entirely. This is obviously very suspicious as DPC latency probably shouldn't suddenly go away when running an application that detects it. I think that there is likely a trojan on my machine that significantly impacts DPC latency while active

Windows 10 High Dpc Latency

I believe DPC Latency Checker does not support WIN 10. Please try LatencyMon and check.

I had this issue so thought of sharing.

 

High DPC latency

I use my Dell XPS for recording and live playback but the system suffers from high DPC latency caused by ACPI driver.

I removed Dell audio drivers and installed those from RealTek with no avail. Latency is an issue because I need this computer for live recording. Please your advice.
