Windows 10: Experiencing Keyboard delay lag and background application lag when playing games

System Specs:i7 13700KFRTX 4070 Ti32 GB DDR5 5600mhz2 SSD's 1 1TB <--- Has Windows On It1 2TBIssue: I am experiencing sudden keyboard delay and application lag whenever I play an intensive game overall. Such as keyboard delay when I type something in the game and takes a good 2-3 seconds for it to show I typed something at all and type it really delayed.When I have a background application such as a video or Spotify. It lags with it such as Spotify will repeat a verse of a song until I tab back into it. And for youtube as such the video program just lags whenever it happens. I have noticed

Card games lagging!

If it's an online game, the lag issue may have been caused by your Internet connection. It can also occur due to the game server issue. We'll need to gather a bit more information to better identify what's causing this. Kindly answer the following:

• Have you made any changes prior to this issue?
• What card game are you having issues with?
• Is the issue the same with other games?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far to resolve the issue?

Keyboard input lag (Logitech K270 wireless keyboard, Windows 10 20H2)

Hi there. I've got yet another Windows 10 problem. lol

This time it's my keyboard. I'm using a Logitech K270 wireless keyboard, on Windows 10 Pro 20H2. I have been experiencing keyboard input lag off and on for a couple months now, and I've searched for possible solutions, but none so far have worked. I was hoping you guys could suggest some fixes.

Here's what I've tried, based on the suggestions I've found on the web:

• Updating the keyboard/dongle's drivers (there are no drivers on Logitechs's site, oddly) and firmware. Nope.
• Swapping USB ports. Nada.
• Unplugging any extraneous USB devices. Zilch.
• Checking the batteries. No joy.

As I was typing this it was lagging here and there. It's a bit disconcerting. Anyway... I don't think I missed anything, but if you need more information or diagnostics, lemme know and I'll upload 'em.

 

Windows Lag & Game Lag after opening games.

Hey so I've been having this problem for a while and I've tried lots of things to try and fix it which none of them have worked.

• Clean installed windows twice
• Reinstalled through a flash drive
• Tried different Ram and Graphics cards

I don't believe it is a hardware problem but when I open games, and I return to the windows desktop while the program is still running. Windows Icons are very delayed when I hover over them and slow to respond. But as soon as I close the program the issue
goes away and the icons are back and smooth again.

Specs:

• Rtx 2060 Super
• 32gb Ram
• Amd threadripper 1920x
• corsair 850 watt psu
• 64bit Windows Pro

Anything helps this problem is so unbearable because not only does windows lag but the game lags as well no matter what i'm playing. When I first purchased this computer I was not getting any lag at all this problem came out of no where.
