    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing with Windows Edge browser.

    I would suggest you to follow these methods and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Check if issue occurs in Safe mode with networking and clean boot.

    Step 1:

    Check if you face the similar issue in Safe Mode with networking, if not you can try putting your computer in a Clean Boot state in normal mode and check if it helps:

    Clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. Follow the Microsoft KB article to perform clean boot on the computer:

    Disclaimer: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from
    section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting”
    to reset the computer to start as usual.

    Method 2. Check for Windows Updates


    • Click on the search box on the lower left and type in “windows update”.

    • Click on “Windows Update” from the search results.

    Method 3: Open a CMD window as Administrator:


    • Press Windows key + X

    • Click on Command prompt (Admin)

    • Type “dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    • Press enter

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
