Windows 10: Experiencing VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR on Acer Nitro 5 laptop

Hi,I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 laptop with an Intel i5-10300H CPU, 16 GB RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card. The laptop almost 5 years old now.A month ago I was playing Tabletop Simulator and then suddenly the game crashed. I tried to reload the game but it was running at 2FPS max. I then tried loading up Baldur's Gate 3 to see if the issue was just an issue with just Tabletop Simulator but the game wouldn't load. Then a few minutes later I experienced a BSOD with the code. Later, the laptop restarted and then when I come back to my laptop I find that my 2nd SSD stopped appe

Go into BIOS/UEFI Setup to see if you can set the onboard chip to default. You can power on while pressing the Acer F1 or ESC key. Older models may use F2. This may be listed on the BIOS splash screen.

If you don't get a display for the BIOS even, then I'd reinstall the Nvidia card and properly disable it in BIOS setup before removing it this time.

Acer nitro 5 microphone

I just got an acer nitro 5 and i got the actual headset to work. But whenever I plug my shure mic in the usb spot it doesnt work. It shows that my mic is on and everything but in the laptop settings the mic is not there.

Hi , so today i got my new laptop which is Acer nitro 5, the problem is the windows isnt installed on it , it only shows efishell . Could someone tell me how can i install windows 10 on it?
