Windows 10: Explorer blank. Please help!

Hi,When I open explorer this is what it shows. I've restarted both Windows and Explorer, ran sfc, and nearly everything else. I've Recently Reset my PC. I'm running Windows 11 Version 23H2 OS Build 22631.3810. I can give more information if needed.

setting default view for Winodws Explorer Search Reasults

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.
