Windows 10: Explorer copy move fail

So I have an odd issue that's been going on since I installed win10. When using explorer, I am not able to move or copy files from one directory to another. At first I thought permissions were messed up or a file issue so I ran sfc and it found no issues. It wasn't a huge deal I just right clicked files hit copy then right click in the folder an shit paste and it worked. Except recently I install xy explorer and in that I can just drag files without issues. That leads me to think explorer is the problem. Anyone else have this issue?

The copy/paste problem could be due to Windows Explorer issue or faulty keyboard.

Wewould like to know some information to better isolate the problem:

• Is the issue also happening when trying to copy/paste any Office files, or is it only happening in Windows Explorer?
• Have you tried other ways like; right-click + Copy, then right-click + Paste?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.
