Windows 10: Explorer dont open Explorer frame dll error

Hello guys, Windows Explorer hasn't worked for me for a few days I'm using Windows 11; The event viewer says that the problem is in the dll module "ExplorerFrame.Dll"I have tried this:1 Scan with Windows Security and Malwarebytes: Nothing happens, it tells me that there is no virus or malware.2 SFC/Scannow:Most of the time I did SFC/Scannow it told me that things had been fixed but nothing was actually fixed 3 DISM Restore Health:The first time it stayed at 62%, so I had to quit and do DISM Restore Health again and it just went from 50% to 100% I think it only analyzed up to 50% so well

Internet Explorer not launching on new build

Didnt kno where to put this guys and need some answers.
I just did a fresh install of Windows XP Pro on my 2nd rig (finally got it up and running).
Now when I open up Internet Explorer and try to go to any page I get an error prompt saying that Inertnet Explorer cannot open up the serach page.
I get it for every website that I try to connect.
I also noticied that when I launch the command prompt and enter the command ipconfig there is no Default Gateway listed.
Is there a way to fix this?
Is my winsok32.dll broken?

Windows Explorer crashes whenever I open my external HDD or thumb drive in explorer..

Hey I saw that you posted a fix to a problem with Windows Explorer Crashin when previewing video files.

When I try, it comes with an error and says:

"The Module "shimgvw.dll" was loaded but the entry-point DllUnregisterServer was not found.
Make sure that "shimgvw.dll" is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again."

I can't even open my computer and my Windows Explorer stops working and restarts.

I use Vista Ultimate. Thanks so much in advanced!
