Windows 10: Explorer.exe always goes wonky after 15-30 mins of use

Having a problem where explorer.exe goes wonky 15-30mins after startup sometimes takes longer, sometimes immediately after startup. Issue results in me being unable to click on many parts of the computer start menu, apps, etc etc although clicking functionality still works on other things for example I can still scroll on google chrome etc though I cannot click on other tabs. When this happens, I end up having to navigate around the computer using the keyboard, and functionality overall still works. Wondering if anyone could possibly guide me on solving this problem, or even just isolati

I tried as per suggested steps, unfortunalty does not help.



I think it is Windows OS Limitation to have tile update on every 30 mins.

 

laptop goes to sleep mode too soon even though it is set to 30 min.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
