Windows 10: explorer.exe application error, computer boots but not working / loading only browsers are...

the instruction at 0x00007FEA871865F referenced memory at 0x0000000005DD96D0. the required data was not placed into memory because of an i/0 error statuts of 0x0000009c.

widows is running and booting properly but in the hard disk and partitions giving above error and no disk drive is opening nor other applications running instead they are opening


neither it is resetting nor it is installing windows newly

Thank you for your help, but im sorry the problem still there, after i did the 2nd step, the scan shows if there are corrupted files, but it can't fix it and only logged the result, and the memory diagnostics says there are no error.

Also, there is a notification says

"explorer.exe - system warning

Unknown hard error"
