Windows 10: Explorer.exe color bug

Basically if you change the windows theme to light, if you close the explorer.exe the white background appears, if you close the dwm.exe process white background disappears. My explanation is that in the windows options if you select "custom" it gives you an option to "choose the default application mode" or something like that, because when you put that option, the explorer.exe turns white, since the bar of tasks form of the explorer.exe process, but if you still close, you have a white background, the dwm.exe process is the one that puts the white background, here is a video (sorry for the poor quality). And i also have the wallpaper engine, which does not influence anything.

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change color scheme for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Windows 10 Explorer Color Bug

So I've been using Windows 10 since launch, and I've been getting this bug whenever I startup my computer. It's getting to the point where it's annoying. Basically Windows Explorer gets effected as well as programs that I use like Google Chrome which show
this light blue color as a background whenever I type something. However, whenever I restart Windows Explorer from the Task Manager, the bug goes away and it's normal. I tried reinstalling my graphics drivers, but that did not do anything. What's going on?

I understand that you are trying to change the font color for Cortana on your PC, I suggest you to follow the step mentioned below:

Steps:

1. Type ‘Color settings’ in the Windows search bar.
   
2. Tap on the ‘Color’ option.
   
3. Uncheck ‘Automatically pick an accent color from my background’.
   
4. You can select the preferred color, under
   Windows colors.
   
5. You can click on Cortana and you will be able to notice the color that was selected.
