    Explorer.exe crash - Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll


    Hi my Explorer.exe keeps crashing, from what I observed this happens when working with .zip files while performing move, copy, extract.. actions inside OneDrive folders.     OK I tried the steps you gave me and the system found no errors. When I tried to run the app again, I get the same error as before
