Windows 10: explorer.exe crashes after ending session of League of Legends game WIN11

Every time I close League of legends no matter if I have the game in Fullscreen or Borderless/windowed.... doesn't matter if I Click OK on Victory/Defeated or I use alt+F4 it makes my windows go numb for like 30seconds. Then I checked event viewer and what I found coppied below. Anyone here who can help me? I also clean reinstalled Win11 twice. League of legends crash

I upgraded my windows version to v1809 and when i entered a match on league i was getting 01FPS ... but before the upgrade i was getting 50 FPS at very high settings so i searched on youtube and recovered my windows version to version 1709 my laptop stopped
lagging and being slow but when i try play a game on league of legends my game keeps crashing after champion selection ... does it got to do with windows or ?

Any ideas how to fix it ?
