    Explorer.exe crashes with faulting ntdll.dll


    Hello,
    I've been trying to find answer to this problem for a while, without any luck sadly.

    My explorer.exe constantly crashes (usually when transferring files from a drive to another). The error seems to be linked to ntdll.dll causing the problem.

    I find it weird as I did a formatted my PC and the crashes still persist. I also did run SFC scan to look for possible drive failure. Everything seems fine on that end.


    I tried to find solutions on forums, but nothing worked.

    I open the word document and immediately the file explorer crash.
