Windows 10: Explorer.exe crashing constantly Please help

Hello!I have a problem with my pc. If I start my pc and log into my user the screen is "flashing" grey like it's reloading constantlythis is only after starting after a while it stops and "nothing" from windows works or loads. So my taskbar is empty, I can't use the windows key, can't open settings starts and without opening closes directly, can't use search or start menue, can't use multitasking with tab key, can't use window key + p and so and and so on.If I then open task manager I can see that explorer.exe is appearing and disappearing the whole time like crashing and starting. There are several reasons why you've experienced the issue. If all the troubleshooting steps you found did not help, try disabling the Show recently used folders in Quick access and set Open file Explore to this PC. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• On the View tab, select Options drop-down arrow.
• Choose Change folder and search options.
• On General tab, click the drop-down arrow beside Open File Explorer to and select
  This PC.

We also suggest clearing File Explorer in history.
