    Explorer.exe doesn't open at startup


    Every time I login to my Windows account, the only thing open is Command Prompt where I have to manually open Explorer by myself. It is a mild inconvenience, but I was hoping to find a fix for it.


    Prior to this, I received an error message from Windows Script Host telling me that it could not find script file master_x64.lna every time on startup. System File Checker brought no errors so I went to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and found that it only contained a shortcut called "Master_x64.lna" that upon executing brought up the same error message. The file location led to Windows/system32/wscript.exe. I thought this error message wasn't important, so I deleted the entire Startup folder. After the current problem, I've restored the Startup folder, but it has not resolved it.

    thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

    The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

    I'll be glad for another solutions.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
