Windows 10: Explorer.exe doesn't work

Upon logging into Windows 10, instead of going to my desktop, i am met by the infamous black screen, where all i have is my mouse. I can only go into task manager by pressing ctrl + alt + delete, and ive tried creating a new task to restart and fix explorer.exe, but it says it can not run on my PC, and that i should check with the software publisher, Ive looked at other people's questions online, but none of them help my scenario.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I suggest you to run the 'Internet Explorer Performance' troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type 'Troubleshooting' in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All on the top left pane.
• Click on Internet Explorer Performance and follow the on screen prompts for troubleshooting.

internet explorer doesn´t load any page

I tryed all 3 methods but got no success.

The funny thing is that IE is working fine on a new created test account (like method 3 suggests) but after this I switch back to my account and confirm IE is useless.

In sum IE not working on my account which is the admin one, but it is working on other accounts I create.

Doesn´t make sense to me...
