Windows 10: Explorer.exe – Fail Fast Exception.

I have a issue when boot Windows 10 22H2 , the system boots , at the log in screen . displays the error prompt with the message . The log in screen content , isn't loaded.I I would say that this has happened since the last cumulative preview update, KB5050081 1/172025 , but cannot be uninstalled . After log in . the start button does not work , and the taskbar functions does not not work too . Is necessary restart explorer.exe . I already run sfc and dism , no fix .

It happened in some of our customers's PC(one of the hardware configuration is Intel i7-10875H, 32GB RAM, Windows Family). We run the application in the same version of windows but we can not reproduce this case.

We hope to improve the compatibility of our applications with different versions windows systems. Does any have any suggestion for this case? How do we konw which part of our program is running when it crashed?

AXWIN Frame Window:regsrv.exe fail fast exception

WIN10 HOME-64-BIT HP ENVY DV6 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz

Anyone had this problem? Microsoft support library no help.

Just had latest Outlook installed 2020 and now I get a Fail Fast Exception Error.
