Windows 10: Explorer.exe Keeps on Suspending

I currently have an unsolvable issue and I would really appreciate your help. The issue of my pc is that whenever I sign in on my PC it just shows a black screen and my cursor. I narrowed it down to a problem and that is my explorer.exe keeps suspending itself. I tried various options including task manager, run a new file, regedit/cmd but that doesn’t seem to work because they don’t show up, also tried the explorer.exe on run a new file but no luck. I also tried various option like the hold shift while restarting and tried to do the system restore, uninstall updates, reset pc, or startup repa

Internet Explorer 11 becoming suspended

I'm using Internet Explorer 11 on my PC that's running Windows 10x64 Pro with all of the upgrades. IE 11 becoming suspended on a regular basis and will not restart. I'm not low on memory, I have 16 GB and when this occurs I still have over 50% of it still
available. Sometimes it even happens while I'm using it.

Any idea what I can do to keep Internet Explorer from becoming suspended?

 

File explorer keeps crashing in Win 10

I did the steps you wrote. All the settings were as you suggested. The File Explorer keeps crashing.

 

Why slow responce when suspend a process

I tried to suspend following processes one at a time with PsSuspend64.exe

(1) "timeout 99999" in cmd.exe

(2) Task Manager

(3) OneDrive.exe

For (1) or (2), File Explorer responds normally.

For (3), File Explorer hangs up as suspending Box Sync.

During these tries ProcExp64.exe always responds normally.

Seeing this process explorer, I found following.

There was one File Explorer at first, which has no visible window.

Clicking the start menu, there started the second File Explorer.

With suspending OneDrive, this second one almost hung.

Icons were all blank white.

But resuming OneDrive, icons got normal at once

and File Explorer window began to respond normally.

Suspending OneDrive, File Explorer's X-symbol on the right up corner

didn't respond, so I right-clicked on the task bar and selected close.

Even closed the window, there remained the same process.

Killing the process within process explorer, nothing happened.

But killed another one ( the first one ), task bar disappeared.

Within command prompt, I executed "explorer" and task bar recovered.

By process explorer, (1)-(3) and two File Explorer processes

have no parent-child relations.

I am puzzled why suspending OneDrive affects distant File Explorer,

while suspending timeout or Task Manager does not.
