Windows 10: Explorer.exe not working properly from restart on Windows 11

So a few months ago I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. After an update I can't really remember which or when almost everytime I restarted or turned off the system, the taskbar appeared without the app icons, the windows button didn't open anything and I couldn't see the icons on the right of the taskbar. The only solution to it, is to open the Task Manager via Ctrl+Shift+Esc because nothing else works and restart the Explorer several times until the icons appear back, so it's very frustating that after every restart I have to spend around 5 minutes trying to get my computer working

Internet Explorer 11 stopped working on Windows 10

Hi Danny,

Internet Explorer sometimes needs reset. To restore the browser to its clean state, you need to uninstall and reinstall it. To disable it, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + X.

• Click Control Panel.
• Click Programs.
• Click Programs and Features.
• Click Turn Windows Features on or off.
• In the Windows features window, uncheck the Internet Explorer
  program.
• Restart your PC to save changes.
• Repeat step 1 to step 5.
• In the Windows features window, check the Internet Explorer
  program.
• Wait for the installation to finish.
• Restart your PC again.

If you can launch Internet Explorer now, reset it from the app option itself. To reset it, visit this link to
change or reset Internet Explorer settings.
