Windows 10: Explorer.exe not working.

I am using Windows 10 version 21H1. File Explorer will not open from explorer.exe and any of its shortcuts, but when I double-click on a folder on my desktop, file explorer opens this folder perfectly fine and then I can navigate my files from there. Here is the image that I get when I try opening explorer.exe from command prompt using the command "start explorer.exe" while in the C:/Windows directory.

NESHTA.A VIRUS REMOVED BUT .EXE NOT WORKING

It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
• Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?

Internet Explorer has stopped working
