Windows 10: Explorer.exe not working

I deleted my antivirus and restarted my computer and now it goes to a black screen, I hit CTR-ALT-Delete and task manager opened up on top of the black screen, I figured out a way to open the browser and explorerto get around the hard drive to programs, I double click Explorer.exe and the screen pops open but then goes back to the back screen again right after it pops up, I have no idea what is going on and haven't seen anything to help me fix this issue, any help/advise is appreciated THEN we get into the issue that I can't open programs as an administrator but let's get my black screen fixe

NESHTA.A VIRUS REMOVED BUT .EXE NOT WORKING

It is possible that you .exe is not working due to corrupted system files or account. To assist you better, kindly answer the following questions:

• Does this happen with a specific application or with all of your application?
• Have you tried creating a new admin account to check if the issue also with new account or only with the current account?

Internet Explorer has stopped working
