Windows 10: explorer.exe - System Error, I can't login to my PC at all

So I restarted my PC a few days ago, adn ever since I restarted it I haven't been able to login with my pin. When I try to enter my pin, there's text that just says "Something happened and your Pin isnt't available. Click to set up your PIN again." and underneath is a clickable box that says "Set up my PIN". When I click the box, I get either a box that says, "Search for app in the Store? You need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the Store?" with a yes and no button on the side. No matter which of the two you click, nothing happns and it just disappears. The

• What is your user account type? (Microsoft account or Local account)
• Did you install all the pending updates on your system?
• Did you make any changes on the system, prior to this issue?

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the system and login to the either administrator account or the Microsoft account to check, if that helps.

Not Able to login

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.
