Windows 10: explorer.exe won't open

    explorer.exe won't open


    I'm not sure what caused this, I was using my PC normally yesterday, I shut it down for the night, then the next morning when I turn on my computer, it went past the log-in screen, then a black screen popped up, with my cursor on it. Spent a couple hours looking at solutions on my phone, I was still able to use CTRL ALT DEL and open up Task Manager. I've tried many of the solutions that were answered on here and Reddit, watched a couple YouTube videos, spoke to at least 4 different Windows Support Live Chat agents, and the problem still persists. I've tried the regedit Shell thing, didn't work. I can use my PC normally, every application opens, only I have to find the name of the app and manually open it with Task Manager. Not sure how to fix, please help!
