Windows 10: Explorer freeze problem

Hello, i have a huge problem with my pc, My explorer was freezing when i over "Open with"I done a lot of things like ism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.Sfc /scannowDisabling all shell apps with shexviewµRemove icon cacheNow sometime explorer freeze when i open a file, sometime explorer infinite load folders, explorer don't show a lot of icons, explorer make an a infinite green loading bar, explorer still freeze when i over the "open with".It's not the first time i have a problem in Windows, it's really boring how Microsoft broke their operating systems every time.

File Explorer freezes when hovering the cursor over the "create" section.

• Type Task Manager in search bar.
• Click Task Manager.
• On the pop-up window, under Windows processes, scroll-down to
  Windows Explorer.
• Right-click Windows Explorer, and click Restart.
