Internet explorer comes on for 3 seconds then disappears

Explorer Performance
Troubleshooter
and check if there's any changes. To run the
troubleshooter, follow these steps:

Windows 10 explorer crashes and restarts every 60 seconds

I understand that you are facing issues with Windows 10. I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

The issue could occur if there is change in explorer settings.

To assist you better, please provide the information:

1. Are you getting any error message?

2. Have you made any changes to the Computer prior to the issue?

Refer to the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to open the File Explorer. Then try to end task the file explorer service and restart the file explorer service in task manager.

Step 1: Try to end the file explorer task.

1. Right click on Taskbar.

2. Click on Task Manager.

3. Right click on Windows Explorer
and click on End task.

Note: Windows 10 screen will go into black screen state. Please don't worry. Refer to the second step.

Step 2: Then I suggest you to start the file Explorer services.

1. Press Ctrl Key + Alt Key + Delete Key to open Task Manager.

2. Click on Task Manager.

3. Click on File.

4. Type "CMD" without the quotes and hit on
Enter Key.

5. Then type "explorer" without the quotes and hit on
Enter Key.

If the issues still persist, refer to the below method.


Method 2: I suggest you to boot into safe mode and check if issue is occurring or not.

Do let us know:

• Have you enabled Built-in administrator account?
• Have you currently logged-in as an administrator using Microsoft account?
• Have you created any other user account on your computer?

If you have enabled Built-in administrator account, I suggest you to disable that and check if it helps.

Steps to: Disable Built-in administrator.

• • Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
    
  • Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
    Command Prompt.
  • Type the following command and hit Enter:
  • net user administrator /active: no (Check for the spaces)
    

Restart the computer, try to log-in with administrator account and check if it helps.
