Windows 10: Explorer keeps crashing every minute for no apparent reason

I've had my pc for months now, and this problem only persisted a few days ago. Right from startup, my desktop, taskbar, and all of explorer (I even have trouble getting to settings) crash when I click on them and they restart by themselves. All my apps are working perfectly, it's just explorer that's doing this. I updated everything and thought that would solve it, but it didn't. I've tried searching around for a solution, reinstalling my graphic drivers, etc but nothing is working for me so far I don't have an antivirus, I only use defender.

I checked on the event viewer, and this is what the error says:

File explorer keeps crashing in Win 10

Hello,

I did the steps you wrote. All the settings were as you suggested. The File Explorer keeps crashing.

 

Win 10 keeps rebooting for no apparent reason

My system keeps rebooting for no apparent reason. It happens maybe once a week and usually while I am streaming video on YouTube. The last 2 times it happened Windows generated minidump files which I have stored at the link below, along with a system summary
file.

Why I think it's not working

• I'm on a vacation in a different country
• Downloaded a app titled CC Cleaner to get rid of duplicate photos
• Downloaded a app titled Duplicate Photos Fixer to get rid of duplicate photos (10 gigabyte of photos and videos have been erased from hard drive

Current Situation:

I have to move photos and videos from my iphone to my hard drive via my toshiba notebook but my windows explorer keeps crashing.

I have opened task manager, went to files located above the processes, typed in explorer.exe and ran task manager using administrative privilages. Turned off the computer and turned it back on. Windows explorer worked for about 10-20 minutes but the
problem persists.
