Windows 10: Explorer keeps getting suspended

    Explorer keeps getting suspended


    I recently powered on my laptop, once I logged in to my user account all I could see was the desktop wallpaper and my cursor and can't click on anything.


    I successfully opened task manager and found that explorer.exe is running, then getting suspended thats when the screen flickers or refreshes then the loop continues.


    safe mode isn't an option because the same thing happens there. I am able to access cmd and task manager but that's it.


    In event viewer I have two main errors:

    DCOM 1084

    and

    device\harddisk0\dr0


    tried sfc /scannow I got that corrupt files were found but was unable to fix some of them

    Explorer keeps getting suspended

    Internet Explorer 11 becoming suspended

    I'm using Internet Explorer 11 on my PC that's running Windows 10x64 Pro with all of the upgrades. IE 11 becoming suspended on a regular basis and will not restart. I'm not low on memory, I have 16 GB and when this occurs I still have over 50% of it still
    available. Sometimes it even happens while I'm using it.

    Any idea what I can do to keep Internet Explorer from becoming suspended?
