Windows 10: Explorer keeps restarting, problem is associated with KERNELBASE.dll

So I checked event logs and was able to extract these errors correlated with each time explorer.exe restarted.


I _blanked_ out the variables to leave the strings that are identical throughout nearly all errors over the last week and a half. I have updated all system drivers from the manufacturer Lenovo and have updated everything including optional in Windows Update. No improvement.

Errors: flash dll, breakpoint 80000003/ kernelbase dll after installing Windows 10

i installed window 10 a while ago & my incredimail stoped working 9error report; flash dll

breakpoint 80000003/ kernelbase dll

maybe it has something to do with updates\

Windows explorer keeps closing and restarting

Hello Eileen ,

• Have you made any recent changes on your PC?

* Last thing i did was to install microsoft silverlight before this problem , i uninstalled it but i still have the problem.

• Are you getting any specific error messages? If yes, send us a screenshot. * explorer keeps restarting without any error message
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far aside from Safe Mode? I did update my graphic card , scanfnow and chkdsk Thank you
  for your help.

 

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.
