Windows 10: Explorer Not Responding On Restart, Works Fine On Force Shut Down

Hello,I have been in the process of upgrading my computer. I have run everything through pcpartpicker to make sure they were compatible and they for sure were. The only thing that I needed to do is update my bios one generation which was easy peasy. I have a Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro-P Micro ATX motherboard which is updated to the F14 version BIOS, a Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB 2 x 8 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 in slots 1 & 3 and Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB 2 x 8 GB DDR4-3200 CL16 in slots 2 & 4 for RAM, I have an internal SSD on my motherboard, which is a Samsung

Random shut down and restart??

Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
E220@2.406hz
2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows xp

Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused *Mad

One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

 

Toshiba e45-b4200 Windows Explorer Not Responding

Unfortunately none of the suggested solutions has worked. Again, Windows Explorer will stop responding approximately once a week and I am then forced to manually turn off the laptop, as the machine is stuck at restart. This started occurring only after
the upgrade to Windows 10. Any other suggestions, other than reinstalling windows, would be appreciated.

 

File Explorer not responding problem.

Try this steps because I think it's related with quick access in file explorer:

1. Open a new Explorer window.
2. Click View in the ribbon.
3. Click Options.
4. Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
5. Click OK.

Now it should hopefully work fine.
