Windows 10: Explorer not starting properly when computer boots up; Windows 11

I have windows 11 pro version 21H2 22000.856What are the actual problems:No icons are showing on the taskbar except the 'hidden icons' icon Image below.The 'alt+tab' menu looks Windows-XP style Example video.The WIN button on the keyboard isn't working So there's no way to open the start menu.When minimizing a window it looks like the closing animation It's not a big issue, but I figured I should mention it.When right-clicking an empty space on the desktop the old right-click menu design shows up In explorer it's still the windows 11 design.Important note: I can temporarily sol

Multiple reasons can result to this concern like hybrid startup system, incorrectly configured driver or system incompatibility. For us to isolate the main issue, we suggest that you follow the steps below and see if it helps:

Step 1:
Change or reset Internet Explorer settings.

You can reset Internet Explorer settings to what they were when Internet Explorer was first installed on your PC.

Step 2:
Clean Boot.

It will start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and start up programs. It will also eliminate software conflicts that could occur when you install a program, or an update, or when you run a program in Windows.

Note: After clean boot troubleshooting steps, refer to the section "How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot" in the provided link to return your computer to Normal startup mode.

If the same issue persists, we suggest that you use a different user account profile and try to access or install Internet Explorer 11 from there.

Internet Explorer won't start

Since the issue persists, we suggest that you rebuild the Internet Explorer 11 by turning it off and on from the Windows features. To do this, follow the steps below:

• In the search box, type Program and Features and press
  Enter.
• On the left pane of Program and Features window, click
  Turn Windows features on or off.
• Untick the check box for Internet Explorer
  11 and click OK.
• Once done, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
• After restarting, re-do the steps above except for the step 3 which you need to tick the check box for
  Internet Explorer 11 and click OK.
• Restart your computer once more and check if the issue persists.
