Windows 10: Explorer regularly takes focus

I have recently built a new PC and I ran Ubuntu just fine but when I use Windows in Windows 10 the explorer opened a second window that took focus and closed after half a second or less with no contents. I upgraded to Windows 11 and now it has been happening less but it still happens and when it does it flashes the bar below my active window and it still kicks me out of fullscreen games/taskbar apears when watching videos or playing fullscreen games.Edit: Also it is annoying using dropdown menues and my device Specs are AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz32,0 GB 31,9 GB

setting default view for Winodws Explorer Search Reasults

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

How can I remove this virus remnant?

I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
