Windows 10: Explorer/Start menu/Task bar/Sound service problem

I've been experiencing problems with start menu.
It won't load if I click. When it happens, it's the same problem with the task bar.
Sometimes it's okay, I'm listening to a song and then the problem begins: sound stops, youtube crashes and won't load the video again and then if I click in start menu, it won't load.
If I opean the task manager and close the explorer process and begin it again, it doesn't load properly.
I'm tired of having problems with Windows 10...
Does anyone know how can I fix it?

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I have already installed the Servicing Stack Update and the problem persists.

Anytime a notification shows up in my Action Center my Task Bar and Start Menu hangs up. I can restore functionality by opening the Task Manager with "Ctrl-Shift-Esc", then File/Run new task, and open explorer.exe. Once Windows Explorer is open I can highlight
it in the Task Manager and choose "Restart" and I am able to access that Start Menu and Task Bar again.

Yes I have created a new profile. The Start menu and task bar works in the new profile but the windows search bar doesn't. Also it doesn't solve the slow windows explorer problem.

Does it work reliably in
a. Safe Mode
b. after a clean boot
If it does, then probably sthg you have installed is interfering.

The suggestion in one of the threads to use Shellexview (freeware) to disable shell extensions (Hide the MS ones before you disable) may also help.

When you've worked through those, please post back.
