    ext-ms-win-oobe-query-l1-1-0.dll missing dependency


    I am building a JNI native library for windows and this dependency ext-ms-win-oobe-query-l1-1-0.dll seems to be missing when trying to use the dll on a Windows 10 machine. Where can I find this dependency ? I installed the VS redistributable but it still did not help.

    ext-ms-win-devmgmt-policy-l1-1-0.dll missing in Windows-10

    Hello,

    After upgrade to windows-10, I am having problem with virtualbox. When a new VM is created and installed with any kind of OS , an error is reported about missing ext-ms-win-devmgmt-policy-l1-1-0.dll. (C:\WINDOWS\system32\ext-ms-win-devmgmt-policy-l1-1-0.dll)

    Does Windows-10 have removed this file? How to resolve this problem and get the dll file? Falling back to Windows-7 is going to be a real painful option.

    Windows 10 'Anniversary Update' causes "ext-ms-win-gdi-desktop-l1-1-0.dll is missing" app error

    The problem is that since anniversary update GDI32.DLL delegates the entry point DeviceCapabilitesExW to ext-ms-win-gdi-desktop-l1-1-0.dll. Before the anniversary update DeviceCapabilitiesExW was implemented internally.

    GDI32.DLL has more delegations to a dll with a similar name "ext-ms-win-gdi-internal-desktop-l1-1-0.dll".

    Maybe the entry point DeviceCapabilitiesExW of GDI32.DLL can use the "ext-ms-win-gdi-internal-desktop-l1-1-0.dll" instead of "ext-ms-win-gdi-desktop-l1-1-0.dll"

    I my opion this is a bug in GDI32.DLL.
